Cleaned 541,909 retail rows (incl. 135,080 blank customer IDs) in Excel, analysed £9.73M revenue in MySQL and built a Power BI dashboard with Top-N KPI cards.

I’m Ankit, a Leeds-based Business Analyst and Data Analyst with an MSc in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences from the University of Leeds, completed with Merit in 2025.

My work connects structured business questions with careful analysis, from understanding requirements to cleaning data and communicating findings.

Led requirements workshops across 5 business units and 10+ stakeholders; produced a BRD informing 4 MoSCoW-prioritised recommendations adopted into the 2025 roadmap.
Mapped as-is/to-be processes over 12 weeks using SWOT and Porter's Five Forces, translating 6 optimisation opportunities into user stories and acceptance criteria for an AI integration project.
Validated requirement data in SQL, caught an inconsistency before senior review and maintained a roadmap delivery dashboard in Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
Used Microsoft Copilot for recurring Excel and Power BI queries and reports, and Power Automate for data updates, speeding up report turnaround.
